REFUND POLICY

Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from 12Gatesempire.com, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns received after 30 days are subject to a restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your return item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and sent back with all of the original packaging. Any returns received with visible wear are subject to a restocking fee.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@12gatesempire.com. If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package is listed below (See Return Process). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Continental 48 States

Shipping is non-refundable. To make returns easy, we include a return label with your purchase. An $8.00 fee will be deducted from your refund to use our label.

 

Return Process with a Prepaid Label

Currently Not Accepting ANY Returns Due to COVID-19

All orders in the continental 48 states ship with a prepaid return label. A fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund for the return shipping cost when you use the included return label. If you do not have your prepaid return label, please contact customer service.

  1. Circle the return reason on your original invoice.

  2. Pack the item(s) to be returned and the original packing slip in a shipping box and affix the prepaid mailing label.

  3. Write the order number on the outside of the box, which is an 8 digit number beginning with 12G.

  4. Once your package arrives it takes about 7-10 business days to process. A $8.00 fee will be charged for the use of the return label.

  5. Drop your package off at a USPS location. No need to wait in line, your package has a prepaid label. 

  6. We will confirm your refund has been processed via e-mail. Shipping is non-refundable; we are not able to make exceptions to this due to the high cost of shipping.

Due to high demand of our products, we do not process exchanges. Please place a new order if you need a different item.

Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact customer service if you received the wrong product from 12Gates LLC, or it arrives defective or damaged in transit, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve the situation for you.

 

RETURN SHIPPING is not included in the FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION. Customers electing to return their purchase for a credit will be required to return the product at their own expense.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
