An Update About Covid-19 

With the ongoing situation around COVID-19, we wanted to share an update with you. These are uncertain times, but we are sure about one thing: putting the health and safety of our team and our customers first is key.

We are doing everything we can to ensure the continued sanitization of all our products and facilities. Our team is committed to staying healthy, and helping our customers stay healthy, too.

We apologize for any delays in getting your order to you. Production or shipping may be impacted by global issues beyond our control, and cause a bit of a wait.

We hope to maintain regular order shipments as best we can, and we appreciate your patience.

We are experiencing order processing delays of up to 7 days as we manage our operations due to increased holiday shipping volume and during the Covid-19 pandemic delays, it may take us slightly longer than usual to process your order. Orders should arrive within 2 to 3 weeks. We are ensuring we take all precautions to protect the health and safety of our customers and team members.


PLEASE NOTE: Currently USPS is experiencing delays of 2-4 weeks in processing and shipping, and some tracking numbers are not being updated by their system. In many cases, these orders do not have updated tracking until the day of delivery or not at all. Any tracking information that continues to register as "user created label" has already been scheduled for pickup or has left our warehouse in the first 24 hours after the tracking number was issued. We are working diligently with USPS logistics while they resolve these issues.

Processing Time Before Your Order Ships

We work to get your order shipped as soon as possible. Generally orders ship in two or three business days after you place the order and the order is processed; however, please note our above Covid-19 updates and current shipping delays. Orders placed after normal business hours including all national holidays will be processed the next business day.

Each item notes the approximate processing time. Processing time is in addition to transit time once the carrier picks up the package from our fulfillment center. 

Please keep in mind it may take up to 7 business days before an item ships from the warehouse.


PO Boxes

We only accept shipments to a valid street address, which means we do not deliver to PO Boxes.


International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States.


PLEASE NOTE that will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes or lost/stolen packages after handed over to the postal carrier. Lost/stolen orders should be taken up with your local US Postal Service Office or your desired carrier of your choice.
